Appointment availability and more information is provided upon request. Please complete your personal details and briefly outline your reason for referral or goals and we’ll move the conversation on from there.

If you are contacting me regarding a new referral please be aware there may be a wait period of up to four weeks before I am able to schedule initial appointments.

New referrals are accepted and prioritised on the basis of appointment availability, your presenting issues and clinical needs. Please send me or ask your GP to forward me a copy of your referral letter and Mental Health Care Plan to assist me in prioritising your referral.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic appointments are currently provided via Telehealth video based or telephone consultations where possible, provided they suit your individual circumstances.
